How to Step into your Next Level Life NOW

If you want a blissed out, crazy fulfilling, ‘Holy Shit I Never Imagined It This Good’ kind of life, then you have to change something to get there.

Because guess what?!  The same thing you’ve BEEN doing WON’T get you there.  Yep, you already knew that, didn’t you?  But you’re also still doing the SAME THING.

Here’s the shift.

You have to change your DAILY HABITS.

Our life is defined by our daily habits. Whether they are consciously created or not. Conscious is really the keyword. Because we can create a lot of unconscious daily habits.  Easily.

Feeding your fear with food or TV or social media is an unconscious daily habit.
Comparison and jealousy are too.
Putting ourselves last.
Focusing on lack.
Negative thoughts.

Our triggers, our judgments, our self-sabotage are all unconscious, negative habits that hold us back from living that juicy delicious life we’re after. Look at anyone’s life and you will know what daily habits got them where they are.

A healthy, happy woman has a lot of healthy daily habits. 

She has a solid morning routine.
A self-care practice.
A gratitude practice.
She probably meditates.
Eats clean.
Has a strong community of women around her.
She knows what to do with her fears and shame.
She knows how to manage her triggers.

These are all powerful daily conscious habits.

So yes, the key to your next level life lies in your daily habits. 

Now how can we change them and replace the unconscious, negative habits with new powerful positive ones? I have a few strategies that have helped me.

1. Track and measure what you’re trying to create
2. Remove the obstacles standing in the way
3. Have someone hold you accountable

These three steps have worked for me and hundreds of my clients.  They have helped me create powerful positive habits from a daily green drink and vitamin supplements, new gratitude practices, giving my husband his love language to telling my kids every night that they’re meant for greatness.  They can work for you too in any area of your life for any new habit you want to create.

How to be TRULY Fulfilled

You want to live the life of your dreams.  And you’re CLOSE.  SOOOO close.  You’re happy, you’re healthy, you live in the house you always wanted.  You’re in love.  You have happy healthy kids (who drive you crazy some of the time but mostly you can’t get enough of them)

But….

Here’s the problem.

You’re not truly, whole heartedly, wildly, madly fulfilled.

Why?

Because you’re not living up to your true potential.  Ouch.  But it’s true.

You’re achieving A LOT.  You’re hustling.  You’re getting after it.  In many areas of your life. But there’s still something missing.

And you know it.  You can FEEL it.  And it’s probably, no it IS your biggest fear.  Not living this life to the fullest.  Not creating wild epic memories.  Not focusing on what matters MOST in this life.  Your family.  Your passions.  Your legacy.

But here’s what’s POSSIBLE….

  • It’s POSSIBLE to feel wildly, passionately fulfilled.
  • It’s POSSIBLE to go to bed every night focused on all you achieved and how present you were.
  • It’s POSSIBLE to have a close, intimate connection with your spouse AND have your own passions and purpose.
  • It’s POSSIBLE to me an awesome Mom AND have a career.
  • It’s POSSIBLE to play BIG, much BIGGER then you’ve even dared to dream yet.  

Here’s how….

First, you need to STOP PLAYING SMALL.  Stop settling. You know you are.  Even though life is GOOD, you’re playing small.  I know it.  And you know it.  You need to step up and OWN YOUR POWER.  You’ve forgotten that you’re the f’ing light.  You’re like Harry Potter, the CHOSEN one.  So step up and start acting like it.

And secondly, you need to LEAP.  Push your fear aside.  Literally.  And move through it.  Do what you have to do to take action towards these big desires.  You can’t get there unless you admit you have them and then take action towards them.  Your leap is the action towards the life you REALLY desire.

Are your date nights kind of lame?  Or non-existent?
Are you yelling at your kids?
Are you feeling overwhelmed at times and disorganized in your head and heart?
Do you feel like there’s a deeper purpose to life that you haven’t tapped into yet?
Are you ‘happy’ but not fulfilled?
Are you content but not set on fire?
Are you settling (oh that dreaded S word) for a life that is good but not GREAT?  Actually, it’s great but not EXTRAORDINARY?
Are you playing small?

Let’s face it.  I know you are.  And YOU know you are.

You’re settling for and tolerating a life that’s beneath you. Sure it might be more than most women have.   And I know you feel bad feeling all this.  But I’m here to remind you there’s MORE.  More you can BE, more you can DO and more you can HAVE. 

Listen we only have one shot at this life thing. We can’t afford to play small? No day is guaranteed. So we can’t hold back. We need to hit the gas. Settling. Tolerating. Playing small. None of that will get us the juicy delicious totally fulfilling life we’re after.

You need to stand up for YOU. No one else will.

You need to stop tolerating poor treatment. From yourself and others.

You need to step up and ask for what you want. Heck give yourself what you want.

You need to stop settling for less than you deserve.

And when do you think you need to do that? Yup!! Right f’ing now.

Earlier this year I created a new boundary in our family. My kids are getting older and there’s a lot more “sass” going on in our house. Mocking and eye rolling and telling someone to “shut up” (and a whole lot worse) started to be second nature. And it hit me. I was overly tolerant and creating a culture that was becoming unbearable. I was creating an environment where we were not thriving. To say the least.

Well, alleluia and praise the Lord for this awareness. Because now I can do something about it. I can change it!

So we’re changing our family culture. I’m doing it and you can too.

We are the matriarchs of our families. It’s our job to lead the way. Whether it’s changing our family culture from one of disrespect to loving kindness. Or from entitlement to compassion. Or if it’s improving our health. Enhancing our marriage or changing our money story. This is all possible when we realize we need it. When we stop tolerating so much. When we set a new higher standard then everyone can rise up to meet it.

For me this took accountability. It took a community. It took coaching. I tapped into all the tools I could find because I was committed to this change.
