Affirmations…positive thinking…..do you use them? Are they effective?
Affirmations can be really effective. IF you USE them and if you use them correctly.
Affirmations can rewire your brain. They can literally change a stressful thought or limiting belief and set your life on a different course.
But you have to USE them, frequently and you have to use the right affirmation. It should be stated in present tense AND it has to be true for you.
Watch this video to learn a simple technique I use to properly turn a limiting belief into a powerful positive belief. Now write your new positive belief everywhere you can. Think it often. Say it frequently. Let it become your new story. And watch how it changes your life.
